Education

Our dance is a gift we share. Women of all shapes, sizes, and ages enjoy this dance. It provides a low-impact aerobic activity while developing core muscles. Classes are in a warm, loving atmosphere where women can feel included and safe.

Historically, women danced for each other in celebration. It is in this spirit women can be both sensuous and empowered at the same moment. Some individuals prefer to savor the classroom experience, while others enjoy performing. It is a personal choice.
